REMARK: The "Dawn of Dachsman" section (1-12) is a new edition of
an out-of-print vinyl record released by FMP in 1987 (FMP 1140).
The "...Plus" section (13-23) has so far been unreleased.
All numbers were recorded as played (except one overdub on # 20).
